What is advertised in your written report?
Collecting advice from your ‘Main Focus’ description of your overall needs from our service, we suggest numerous ideas to transform the space. These can include, if we believe necessary, furniture layout, furniture size, accessories, colour suggestions, artwork placement, lighting, window coverings, floor apparel.
What constitutes a room?
Front of house, each outside area, living and dining open plan, separate living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, studies, any other rooms.
What happens if my free ‘Question time’ goes over 15 mins?
If you think the 15 minute time limit is not sufficient for the questions you have, prior to booking, you can pay for extra time in 15 min increments at $33.00. Go online to Extra Question Time and book in for an extra 15 or 30 minutes before booking the call. Calls are only between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Our link cuts out at 15 minutes which is explained at the beginning of the call.
How does pricing work?
Example of 6 rooms submitted.
Front of house, lounge room, dining room, master bedroom, second bedroom, terrace.
Totals: $98.00 + 5 x $33.00 = $263.00 including gst
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Stripe.

What happens if I decide to have extra rooms styled from the Online Property Stylist after my initial consultancy?
The first room of each booking will be $98.00 and then $33.00 per room extra.
What size photos should I send and how many each room?
Each photo should be no more than 1 mg and 4 photos will be more than plenty to take every angle of the space. Make sure each photo is titled to explain which room it is.
What happens if I change my mind?
All payments are non-refundable.
